What this policy covers

This policy applies to Turnly accounts, contractor assignments, job scheduling, checklists, photos and videos, messages, notifications, feedback, support requests, and the public pages connected to Turnly.

Turnly is a business operations service for apartment turnover cleaning. The service is not directed to children and is not intended for personal health, financial, or other regulated uses.

Information we collect

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number, company, role, credentials, account status, and access permissions.
  • Work details: property and unit information, assignment dates, access notes, checklists, completion status, rates, invoices, and operational messages.
  • Job documentation: photos, videos, notes, signatures, quality assurance records, and resident or property feedback submitted through the service.
  • Device and usage details: device type, operating system, browser or app version, IP address, log data, session information, crash details, and security events.
  • Notification preferences: push-notification tokens, SMS opt-in or opt-out records, and delivery status when those features are enabled.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide role-based access, match contractors with authorized assignments, coordinate apartment turns, document completed work, process support and billing requests, send operational notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and improve reliability.

We use phone numbers and notification preferences for Turnly operational messages only. We do not use the contractor app to send third-party advertising.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate Turnly, complete a requested job, protect the service, or comply with law.

Authorized users may see information needed for their role. For example, a contractor may see assignments and job documentation they are authorized to access, while property or Turnly administrators may see records needed to manage a property or operation.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database operations, private file storage, communications, analytics, security, and support. These providers may process information only to provide services to Turnly and under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

We do not share mobile phone numbers, push tokens, SMS consent, or opt-out records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Push notifications and SMS

If you enable push notifications, Turnly uses a device token to deliver assignment, message, account, or other operational alerts. You can manage push permissions in your device settings.

If you opt in to SMS, message frequency varies with account and job activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Turning off SMS does not disable required email or in-app account notices.

Cookies and local storage

Turnly may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep sessions secure, remember preferences, support authentication, and understand reliability. Blocking these technologies may prevent parts of the portal or app from working.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards such as authentication, role-based access controls, database policies, private storage, logging, and account-security workflows. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Turnly, maintain job and quality records, resolve disputes, support property operations, satisfy legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type.

You may request an account update or deletion review by contacting support. Some operational, legal, billing, safety, or compliance records may need to be retained after an account is closed.

Your choices

You may update permitted account information, manage push permissions in your device settings, opt out of SMS with STOP, and contact us with privacy questions or requests. Turnly administrators may manage role and property access for business accounts.

Children's privacy

Turnly is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Turnly changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of Turnly after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
